The Kipling School Physical Education Program is designed to build strong bodies and a lifelong understanding of the relationship between physical activity and good health. Movement, fitness, sportsmanship and teamwork are integrated into all PE activities and increase our students ability to cooperate and show persistence through challenging tasks both on and off the field. We help students understand how and why the body moves by introducing various stretching and strength-building movements within our full fitness program and sports curriculum. Physical education also helps your child accept challenges and promote good sportsmanship in all that they do. A positive attitude about healthy living, physical movement, and sports is the outcome of our physical education program.
